Atlanta BDG members, please use the attached spreadsheet to track your Toys for Tots campaign $50 discount R.O’s. It’s probably best to keep up with your tracking at your point of sale.
The offer runs until 12/19/25. We ask that you submit your completed spreadsheet as soon as you can after the end date so we can attempt to get your credits issued quickly.

Happy Holidays and hopefully we can generate many Toys for those in need.

The program is open to all eligible Atlanta Auto Care BDG Members who opted to participate. The program runs from 11/1/25 – 12/19/25. All participating members have been enrolled as a donation center on the Toys For Tots website.
The Auto Care Centers will offer $50 off $250 of service to a customer who brings in a new unwrapped toy during the program period. The shop will be reimbursed for the $50 discount by the BDG at the end of the program.
NAPA representatives will deliver the donation boxes and window posters to each participating BDG shop by 11/7/25.
Auto Care Centers will track the discounts given to customers on the provided excel spreadsheet and will return the completed spreadsheet to Alan Rideout by 1/20/26 and credit will be issued to the shops AR in January.
A NAPA representative will pick up the collected toys on 12/19 and deliver them to the Toys for Tots warehouse on 12/20/25.
